Who says you can't have a cheap convertible ?

The Premier Padmini ruled indian roads for four decades, in a production run spanning 1968 to 2000 yadi yadi yadi - it is at heart a Fiat remanufactured by Premier Automobiles the forerunner company of India's Walchand Hirachand group - oh and one more thing - they're Super Ugly cars.

And yet they're loved by all desis, just like we love Ambassadors and 800's ( I personally detest the 800 ) and used as cabs back home.

Then one day some guy got angry and decided to get creative with a chainsaw and he happened to own a Padmini.

The result - Ladies and Gents I present the Padmini Convertible pictured here parked near Safa Park !
